The Statistics are in for Cecil County Real Estate and they are showing some signs of improvement in activity yet still show prices falling. The attached graphs show steady increases in contracts accepted and Units Sold, which could signal we are close to the Bottom. This is the typical trend for January through April and this month should tell the tale. But lets be positive as the rates are still historically low, there is the $8,000 tax rebate for 1st time home buyers, and prices continue to fall. Inventories did spike up last month which will continue to put pressure on prices. Look for next months report
